PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The application of web and mobile, for African American woman & men finding different types of health care, finding doctor, health advice, etc.

PROJECT CONCEPT/ DESIGN GOALS: 

This app focuses on bringing awareness and catering to the persistent and dire health disparities that the black community suffers from; and the lack of finding healthcare providers that they’re looking for and feeling more comfortable no matter if it’s primary care, specialists, OBGYNs, Therapist. This application will show African American doctors, therapists, midwives, doulas, etc. based on affordability & location. My design goal was to utilize shades of melanin and abstract shapes that will boldly create a brand and identity.
